We are delighted to welcome members of the academic and research community to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik from 20–21 March 2026 for the 14th International OFEL Conference, hosted by the University of Dubrovnik, Department of Economics and Business Economics.

The OFEL 2026 Conference provides a valuable platform for scholars and practitioners to exchange ideas and present their latest research on topics related to leadership, governance, management, education, and entrepreneurship.

We warmly invite academics, postgraduate students, and doctoral candidates engaged in these fields to join us in exploring new perspectives and shaping the future of our discipline within a collegial and inspiring environment.
