We are looking forward to welcoming the academic and research community to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik from 1st-2nd April 2022 for the 10th International OFEL Conference, hosted by the University of Dubrovnik, Department of Economics and Business Economics.
OFEL 2021 was our ninth conference to date, with high profile plenary sessions and over a hundred papers presented across 4 major tracks. The OFEL 2022 conference offers a unique opportunity for scholars and practitioners interested in the issues related to leadership, governance, management, education, and entrepreneurship to share their thinking and latest research findings.
