Call for papers
We are looking forward to welcoming the academic and research community to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik from 31th March – 1st April 2023 for the 11th International OFEL Conference, hosted by the University of Dubrovnik, Department of Economics and Business Economics.
OFEL 2022 was our tenth conference to date, with high profile plenary sessions and over a hundred papers presented across 4 major tracks. The OFEL 2023 conference offers a unique opportunity for scholars and practitioners interested in the issues related to leadership, governance, management, organizational behavior and entrepreneurship to share their thinking and latest research findings.
We are very pleased to announce a distinguished OFEL 2023 keynote speakers: Viktor Dörfler, a senior lecturer at Strathclyde University Glasgow and Yariv Itzkovich, Department of Human Resource Management head at the Kinneret College on the Sea of Galilee.
We would like to invite all scholars, post‐graduate students and doctoral candidates interested in any of these fields of research or practice to join us in shaping the future of our discipline in a friendly and supportive environment.
